Let's Rewind

Little did you know as a kid, you had no idea of what life would look like after a certain span of time. As kids, everybody used to have their goals set up in mind, but very few tend to stick to that goal till the very end. As you grow up you are faced with the harsh realities of life.

Life is about a lot more than something you can perceive with your tiny brains. You can build a number of strategies in your mind, but they prove worthless after a while when life starts taking turns you cannot even remotely predict. Your perception of life changes with your interests and so does your needs. You cannot do anything about it.
So, this young feverish generation is all scooped up. With their bags tied, they are ready to head on to a place where they cannot flood back from unless of course if they are a Thomas Alva Edison or a Steve jobs edition.
I have a feeling of an intense déjà vu looking at them,
Many of you might still think if you would have given a second thought to that spur of the moment four years back, or whatever time it has been while you were an 18 year old imbecile who was locked in to bounce into a boogie that looked attractive without even knowing where that wheel is going to head, the scenario might have been way different. Some of you might have stumbled upon something that you totally had your mind into while some might have ended into an imbroglio where you have had no choice except doing donkey’s work with a hope of something good to come. Your fate cannot be undone. Even if you start all over again that zeal is always going to be missing.
There might no doubt be disinclination between your potential and your field of interest. There might be a thousand potentials in you, doesn't mean you will randomly pick out one to have a life long battle with. This isn't a brick and mortar store or an online shopping portal where you can go back in the nick of time to get on the new ball. You may though let it ride but then we all know what fate is going to be.
Inspirational proverbs start to seem so lame that you start despising the good. Only thing that could make you optimistic in approach is either the results of your endeavor or another opportunity to pursue your passion.
So, you can think a thousand times before getting in, but once you get on the ship you have no other option left except to sail.

For the Marvel Lovers!

The Marvel comics has recently revealed that Tony Stark will step down from the Ironman's mantle for another character to take over. An African American girl named Riri Williams has been reported to play the upcoming Iron man. This fifteen year old is a scientific genius who invents the the iron man suit in her dorm room of the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) which she has enrolled while she was just a teenager! This girl catches Tony's attention when he hears that one of the MIT student has re-engineered one of his old armoured suits.
The Marvel writer Brian Michael Bendis stated that this character is an inspiration from the Tv show he was working on in Chicago which didn't end up airing. "The story of this brilliant young girl whose life
was marred by a tragedy that could have easily ended her life was incredibly inspiring", He said.
It is however hard to predict the turn over the story is going to take and it's repercussions on the hallowed fan following of the Invincible Ironman. Brian has however reassured the hordes who are worried about the Tony's fate at the civil war II, that this might not be the case.

The Big Brain Theory

As i grew up, i realized my excessive deliberation with acting on a whim, and my unsuspecting credulity with a scientific theory, an article, a speech or a human being however lame or morbid it might seem in the beginning. I tend to become the person i spend a lot of time with. I watch a movie, call it absolutely pathetic and if at all i come across an accustomed situation, the movie suddenly starts making sense.I consider myself very discerning about my theories and beliefs though, yet i have feeling of an intense paranoia and insecurity talking brazenly about it. This makes me really temperamental at times, not getting along with everyone i meet.

For instance, lately I have relied so much on the peculiar theory of our brain lateralization, that i have started attributing all my traits, including fondness of creativity, humming the tone of the song without even remembering the lyrics, to this theory!

Let me introduce you to this flabbergasting theory. According to this theory our brain works with two hemispheres that act independently depending upon the human being's caliber. The "left-brain thinkers" and the "right- brain thinkers". Mostly, one side of the brain tends to dominate another.

The left brain thinkers are usually good at logic and maths. they tend to remember things they read or come across. They are good with language, numbers and reasoning. Left brain thinking in other words is verbal and analytical. Also, all the activities that takes place in body's right side is controlled by left brain hemisphere and vice-versa. In other words, right brain controls muscles on left side of the body and left brain control the muscles on the right side of the body.

The right brain thinkers tend to be more creative, and good at expressing emotions. They can adroitly recognize faces they come across. They focus more on visual, processes information in an intuitive and simultaneous way. They are more intuitive, thoughtful and subjective. Other emotions associated with right brain includes music, colour, images, reading emotions, etc.

Later research has shown that the brain is not nearly as dichotomous as once thought. For example, research has shown that abilities in subjects such as math are strongest when both halves of the brain work together. Today, neuroscientists know that the two sides of the brain collaborate to perform a broad variety of tasks and that the two hemispheres communicate through the corpus callosum.

"No matter how lateralized the brain can get, though, the two sides still work together," science writer Carl Zimmer explained in an article for Discover magazine. "The pop psychology notion of a left brain and a right brain doesn’t capture their intimate working relationship. The left hemisphere specializes in picking out the sounds that form words and working out the syntax of the phrase, for example, but it does not have a monopoly on language processing. The right hemisphere is more sensitive to the emotional features of language, tuning-in to the slow rhythms of speech that carry intonation and stress."

However researchers have stated that this theory is still a psychological myth which scientist have just recorded through observation in human brains but, now it has become dramatically distorted and exaggerated. It's popularity is to an extent people take online tests to find out which type best describes them.

Yet i have had kinda blind faith in it, just because i have found certain idiosyncrasies of people quite relatable to it. For you guys, let me tell you this theory is totally outdated yet you could use it as a point of historical interest to study how brain's working evolved and use it to analyse your own potential which might help you develop better ways to learn and study.

Twitter swivel!

Twitter being the one of most complicated sites to use, has demarcated its user's roles to just following celebrities, checking out current news, but not inverterating into tweeting real life events by the hordes. Sure we open facebook every 15 minutes to check out on people and current affairs but we hardly bother to login into our twitter accounts, or linkedin accounts, the reason again it being the more contributive and adaptive as compared to other sites. Looking into the matter twitter has tried to catch up with the audience who just stumble upon twitter for some ritzy news!
now when you open Twitter homepage, they will show you the top tweets across various categories without requiring you to sign up. These tweets have formed their own separate categories, and we can access them through direct links. Categories like sports, cinemas, politics, bollywood, science, fiction, literature and many more have been set up.
Though these links are not accessible to users logged in, but still this change might turn out to be a major traffic boosting tactic.
some of these links include:
And you may browse for more categories!

Justice prevails disappointing Mark Zuckerberg!

Kicking away the unrightful proposal, raising voice against the unethical practices of Facebook to have complete authority to control the accessibility of internet content. The free basics have been condemned by the telecom regulatory authority of India. Facebook’s Free Basics app, which was launched in association with Reliance Communications, is now banned. TRAI has taken a strong stand against linking of free data with specific content, noting that allowing something like this hamper the idea of an ‘open Internet’ and has asked Reliance Communication to keep it in Abeyance.

Facebook has already spent a whooping Rs. 300 crores  to get people to support it’s free basics programme which was not only going to negatively impact other networking giants but also question our citizen’s calibre to think and reason. It’s good to see people use their presence of mind in following blindly to what is being offered free of cost and stand up against the expedient ways of the organisation to have carte blanche.
TRAI has ruled against differential pricing. This practice takes advantage of a company’s position and product offerings and services to maximize the profits. A differential pricing strategy allows the company to adjust pricing based on various situations or circumstances. The price variations come in different forms, from discounts for a particular group of people to coupons or rebates for a purchase. Offering discounts allows your company to expand to customers who might not otherwise buy your product. The lower price makes your business more attractive to the groups you target. The company's overall sales increase due to this expanded customer base.
  • No service provider shall enter into any arrangement, agreement or contract, by whatever name called, with any person, natural or legal, that has the effect of discriminatory tariffs for data services being offered or charged by the service provider for the purpose of evading the prohibition in this regulation.
  • Reduced tariff for accessing or providing emergency services, or at times of public emergency has been permitted.
  • Financial disincentives for contravention of the regulation have also been specified
TRAI justly estimated the favouritism and infringement of such discriminating tariffs and hence prohibited any such practices promoting net neutrality. So India continues to enjoy a platform of open internet. Cheers!

Accepting Reality, changing Outlook!

This post is for everybody I know who in some or the other way is linked with or is working for an IT firm, though people now are quite aware of the employment opportunities and placement trends in the IT Industry, here’s an insight to the lurking reality, and some reassuring inspiration. For all those glued to their laptops and computers trying to excel in running programs and source codes, if you feel you will have a fortune paid for something that is available at every doorstep, you’re wrong. Looking two years back, the pretentious showcase of the infrastructure, the placement trends of the ubiquitously available engineering colleges was incredibly alluring for a science scholar, but we’ve become a smarter cohort of people, realising the exiguous availability of the workforce in the field of bio-chemistry, botany, food technology, etc., a B.Sc. degree seems to have become a cynosure. Even the students who score 90-98 percent marks in intermediate tend to go for a B.Sc. degree than B.Tech, realising the increasing demands of lecturers, scientists and researchers.

The only time I felt sanguine about me doing engineering was when I saw the movie 3 idiots, a lot later after its release. Something I hate about Indian movies, they’re way more emotional and poignant than inspiring, I mean what would a generation like us who are inclined to earning more money than pursuing a passion, want out of a heart-melting compilation of drama, for sure a world so realistic seems bearable for a while but raising a rhetorical question, what good do you do to yourself watching them? They influence you to an extent that you start despising something you can get in a blink of an eye; you want something extraordinary without going an extra mile. They say, find someone who’d pay you for something you love doing. Ask today’s generation, what they love doing the most? 70 percent of them have an excellent calibre of eating, sleeping, shopping and gossiping and nothing perceptible other than that, de facto majority of them don’t even know what good they might do, if once in while they find someone paying them for their devotion and passion towards something.

The software industry no doubt was and still is the cornerstone of the newly emerging MNCs, just that the trends have radically changed, parents becoming excessively concerned about their children’s educational needs and hot-footed about them being successful, well-settled  earning a hefty amount as soon as they turn 21, credentials of working under a certain profile is now fulfilled by a larger proportion of the population than it was a decade ago, consequently a fresher today in a IT industry is paid no more than 10,000-15,000, which is much lesser than it was ten years back. There is no dearth of engineering graduates doing donkey’s work getting underpaid under the start-ups and other nascent firms. They’re under a pressure so grim that they’re not even aware that they’re worth way more than what they’re getting. Yet neither the government, nor the management can be blamed for such a scenario in disbursing of remuneration among the software engineering workforce. If you are a fresher, you are in some or the other way bound to be affected by the changing needs of the major MNCs. A witty programmer is lays down the foundation of an IT industry, but a successful organisation works under an apt compilation of management, statistics analysis, design, testing, marketing and other tactics and not just programming techniques.

Disparaging as it is, yet all you need understand is that, this is something you’d call fait accompli, you can’t do anything to change the economic trends, face of IT is changing rapidly and there is no going back. As a result of current economics demands and ongoing technological developments, IT industry is undergoing a number of significant shifts, and just if we monitor these developments carefully, we can come up with a perceptible number of solutions. Mobile devices, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Telework/Virtual offices, Productivity are some current trends of Information Technology we can work with. Despite of all odds, excelling in doing something will always find its way to success. Wake up and learn all that comes your way. Excel in whatever you do, don’t settle for something mediocre, Success takes time, and just because you came late does not mean you failed. Choices are still abundant, take a while and analyse your potentials, don’t run after something that you see a swarm of people doing. Nobody is a born Prodigy. Find people you can learn from, set your idols, and work your ass off so that people wonder how you got there despite of all the impediments.

Happy Republic Day to all my fellow Indians!

As we celebrate the 67th anniversary of our constitution coming into force, we look down upon the journey we’ve covered from being an agriculture based economy to an IT proficient economy. Even the world’s most powerful economies have accepted us as the fastest growing economy. We’re are a country of around 1.25 billion people, a generation who has seen itself grow in every sphere, be it science, media, marketing, infrastructure or  the pace of development, seen it arise from peasant cottages, grasping the plough, out of huts, cobblers and sweeper. We’re a generation who are first to invent and use smart phones, have produced and seen the most inspirational movies of all times including Rang de basanti, Bhag milkha bhag, Lagaan and many more, Seen the grimmest of crimes including 26/11 terror attacks, Arushi hatyakand, and Nirbhaya murder case, fought and raised voice against them, became a victim of the shrewdest political tactics yet stand affirm, together against all evil and will continue to do so in our coming years of prosperity and success.

Don't just read! work with it!

The English vocabulary is colossal and there knows no end to the list of words that are still undiscovered and we're too languid to look up for them on the internet or the dictionary and we context presumably skip to the conclusion when we come across them while we're reading an article or an important document. It feels no less than an achievement when we're able to find something relatable to our persona or word we can colloquially use and tell people what it means. However, different sources describe these words differently which can consequently be misleading and erroneous to use unless you’re well versed with the etymologies and origins of the words. We can still become handy at using them through effective reading.
“E” has been my favorite letter lately, not because it has got some of my favorite words but because it has a wide range of unique words that can be so confusing yet interesting to use. Let’s have a look at some of them.
1.       Expurgate: "Purge" which means removing unwanted substances, the word hence used as verb means removing unwanted matter or glitches from the written documents. You may also call it removing offensive and objectionable matter that may slander someone's reputation.
2.       Exonerate: Show someone to be blameless. When a convicted person is shown a clean chit, he is said to be exonerated of the blame. For example: Even after having been exonerated of the bribery case, the DCP is still questioned on his loyalty to the Police service.
3.       Exacerbate: The word has a Latin origin, “exacerbatus” meaning to provoke. Make something worse; embitter the feelings of a person. Used as verb, this word can be used to describe an already grim situation which has been ruined further. Example: The Prime minister’s remark on the dalit suicide has exacerbated the rage amongst the protesters.
4.       Expedite: Latin origin, “expeditus” meaning to set feet free. It refers to Speeding up something, make it happen sooner or be accomplished more quickly. Example- The security forces of the terror struck pathankot need to expedite their functioning to ensure the localities’ safety.
5.       Expedient: An adjective that describe ways which are advantageous rather than just, conducive to advantage or interest, as opposed to right. Means of attaining and end, a convenient one but unjust, improper or immoral. Example- It is not the language framing political vision but the campaign slogans serving as an expedient function.
6.       Expiate: Latin origin, ex + piare meaning to atone for. To compensate something with another, make amends for wrong done, past deeds or decisions taken. When you do something that may negate the effects of the wrong done in past, or when you’re sorry for something you realize you shouldn’t have done, you expiate your deeds.
7.       Encomium: A Latin word deriving from en + komion meaning , the praise of a person or a thing, a glowingly warm, enthusiastic praise. Say encomiums bestowed upon a teacher during her retirement ceremonies.
8.       Expatiate: Derives from ex + spatium, to wander from space or course. Used as Verb, meaning to speak or write at length about a subject. Example, the naturalist is known for her willingness to expatiate on any number of issues relating to wildlife and environment.
9.       Extenuate: Derives from, ex+ tenuare meaning to make thin or small. Acting in mitigation to lessen the seriousness of guilt or an offence. Example- But it is my business and shall be all my business, to repent of my failings and not Endeavour to extenuate them.

10.   Exiguous: Used as an adjective this means very small or scanty, in inadequate amounts. Example- Computer equipment that would be prohibitively expensive, given the rural schools exiguous resources.

Oddities of being a writer

If you are a pen and paper person and have a peculiar habit of noting down even the slightest of thoughts that come to your mind, there are certain idiosyncrasies that you will be flabbergasted to know that you have.

  • If you are writer you have a keen sense of observation, you can't afford to let go of the slightest of events unnoticed. Observing things with hawk-eyed senses helps you write better as well as understand better.
  • You have a profound idea of what you are writing, you need to know all that you can about the field in order to produce a clean document of your thoughts and ideas that doesn’t require expurgating or bowdlerizing or you might end up committing a faux pass if you go around bragging about something that doesn't comply to your cognizance.
  • You have an experience of every moment that you pen down, so you bring your readers a clear picture of the event. Even if you write for yourself, you are as well a connoisseur in forging down what exactly did happen, so that even after you read it after a long time, you don't find trouble manifesting the true course of events.
  • You have a way with your readers, you are well aware of what they might like and what they might not. You empathize with them when you write. You have a power to perceive the world from the view point of a 10 year old child, 20 year old teenager and a 40 year old adult.
  • You are always ready to learn, when you come across something new, you develop a febrile attitude towards writing about it, so that you can have another clique of readers who might read it. You learn from other’s writings too, you know how to write conveying the exact same idea restraining from developing a counterfeit at the same time.
  • You are also well aware of the society, its trends and modus operandi so that what you write doesn’t become outdated and what you write is always readable whether it alludes the times today or a decade ago.
  • Your writings never fail to raise certain rhetorical questions blowing the minds of your readers. It not only generates awareness among your readers but also invokes in them a keen sense of curiosity.
  • You have a rebellious attitude towards the wrong done, dauntless writing about the established traditions and culture. You are always ready to debate about what you feel is right. Your writings and your ideas of creating a better world justifies your hostility towards injustice. The letters to the editor from the editorial column of the newspaper The Hindu never fail to enthrall me be it a political agenda, a law, or a murder. They’re all about opining about the happenings today and raising voice against the injustice.

So even if you’ve written something trivial , an event or an account, treasure it, because who knows someday it might inspire you to write something that might give you your cahoots of readers.

Talking about something you've been doing everyday, somedays putting in ten hours or somedays just one or two, When you've been derelicting your significant interests(blogging being one of them) in the name of being labelled as an aspirant, 85%ile isn't something you settele for, it by no means is expiating all your sacrifices, turning down proposals of watching a movie or going on a weekend trip and deep down you've known all the way, you haven't been up with anything worth it's while. Telling people that this was all you wanted would be a white lie because, you know you needed a lot more than that.
I still remember how excited i was when learnt about google adsense, not longer i realised  that the term has a wider meaning and it might just turn out be more than just an extra-curricular. Not that i couldn't do it, but just a glimpse of me working my ass off hovering over something uncertain didn't motivate me enough. Finding good in everything that happens, those  moments of hypertension and slepless nights of forlorness thinking about what might happen are gone, plus  not seeing certain people harangue me anymore, ofcourse nbobody's got that lot of time but yeah , they have got a heating something to gossip about.
Moving on with life is by all means  a hobson's choice. Getting to that i've got a cohort reading my blog, intriguing  why i'd quit. It's absolutely heartwarming to come accross people who not just appreciate you but encourage you to do more. I do see myself writing so much more in near future, working over setbacks and staying motivated above all. After all that happens i've got family, friends and people who believe in me.

Don't just Read! Work with it!

Good Evening fellas! So heres something for you to talk aloud , talk back to it, make you use your pens and papers and not just mental simulation.
No! Not another story, I'm starting with my first vocabulary session, I'm myself taking these sessions on a routine, and believe me quite a heating stuff you encounter once you dive in! I'm being a l'll descriptive with these words for the beginning, i'll be briefing it over time once it gets inveterately here.

1.ALTERCATION
Every word in the vocabulary has a history behind it, digging into its derivation, the word comes from "Alter" meaning "other", Altercation means a dispute, a verbose stronger than a quarrel, angry or even hot-tempered. dis-agreement is more likely to be sentimental and heating.
For example ex- A Demagogue is likely to get into numerous altercations with  the public.

2.TACITURN
Taciturn is from a latin verb "taceo", to be silent.
If you let your mind play over some of taciturn people you will come across why getting into a conversation with them is morose, sullen and unfriendly. It is their disinclination towards the dialog that makes them un-affable and secretive.
Here's  a executive engaging in a romantic affair with his secretary in the office, he indulges in this extra-curricular activity without having a word on how to keep their private life afar from the professional one, as they're both well aware of the doctrine in such cases. Hence this conversation about keeping a starry-eye on this employer-employee relationship remains "tacit", hence unsaid.
A person is never called tacit. The noun is tacitness.

3.DILETTANTE
A dabbler. Often, though not necessarily, a person of independent income, you engage superficially into pursuit of one fine arts say painting , writing, sculpting, composing etc, doing it largely for your complacency and amusement and not to attain any professional merits or recognition nor are you inclined to earning money through this hobby. Your artistic efforts are solely for passing time pleasantly. you are a "dilettante".

4.SINECURE
This word has a medieval latin origin. Sinecure  comes from "sine", without + "cura", care. It refers to a profession or a post that has very less work but huge financial profits, a paid office or post with a very minimal set of duties. Sinecures are one of those frustrating manifestations of our society that lead to both anger and humor. It has a rather pompous synonym, sinecure ship, as one might hold a high sinecureship in government. Then there is the adjective sinecured, as to marry someone sinecured for life, not to mention sinecurism, the practice of allowing or holding sinecures. Example- The sinecure he is blessed with has made him way laid back and reckless.

5.PREDILECTION
The word derives from Latin "Prae", before and "diligere", to love.
A predilection is a preconceived liking or favor for someone or something, say you may be biased for something or have a past established affection for something. You have a tendency to be predilected, (the adj.) towards it in cases. For example- Predilection of one of the judges towards jazz music led to glitch in results.
The synonyms may include affinity, bias, bent, impulse.

6.IDIOSYNCRATIC
Coming from a greek origin "idio" meaning distinct and "sun crasis" meaning mixtures. Idiosyncrasy refers to unusual or peculiar traits in a person, weird and uncommon. Idiosyncratic is pertaining to idiosyncrasy, Example- The best and creative minds in scientific discoveries tend to be idiosyncratic and Unpredictable.

7. HEDONISM
Derives from the greek word "hedone" meaning pleasure. Hedonism is the pursuit of pleasure as a way of life. It follows from a doctrine that moral values can be defines in terms of pleasure and paroxysm. You may also refer to hedonism as a institution of thought that favors or promotes pleasure as the most important and intrinsic good. Sensualism, Debauchery, Liberalism are synonyms of  hedonism. Example- He is not the only college student willing to trade hedonism for altruism this summer break.

8. PARSIMONIOUS
A parsimonious person is stingy, a penurious person is twice as stingy, a sparing restraint. penury is then, poverty. Penuriousness is stinginess, excessive frugality. The noun form of parsimonious is parsimony.A parsimonious person is unwilling to spend money or resources, he is referred to as cheap, miserly or parsimonious.

9. ENAMOURED
Amour means to love, Hence enamoured means to love, captivate similar with the words sitten, passionate the word derives from geek origin. Enamoured with in love with, taken with, charmed by, fascinated by, infatuated with, Example- The tourists are enamoured by the serenity and placidity of the place nainital.

10. EGREGIOUS
Egregious  is from Latin word grex, gregis, herd or flock. an egregious lie, act, or crime, etc. is so exceptionally vicious that it conspicuously stands out from herd or flock of other bad things. The noun is egregiousness. Egregious is outstandingly bad, shocking, appalling.
A person who enjoys companionship, who etymologically, likes to be with herd, who reaches out for friends and is happiest when surrounded by people, such a person is gregarious.

Seclusion: Lets get a way with it!

Seclusion, Forlornness, Solitude are the worst ever abstract nouns I can link Mankind with. People say, they like being lonely, but i ask do they have a choice?? They feel they can head on working away from the crowd, good that'll fetch them, But in thunder of loneliness and those walls you've build up  portending the future benefits, will not take more of time to cage you up! Mother teresa said, "the most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved", henceforth loneliness is not something you can abate through money or luxury! What happens when you are alone? A scent of depression and pessimism is what you'll go through. For once you feel, you've been given up by people who you thought had loved you once, the ones you trusted, for a while you can be doing good enough to not letting you realise the need of being amongst people, people you can laugh out and crack silly jokes with, but when the heft of emotions heap up, they'll have to come out, They'll need someone to listen, not just anybody out but someone who understands it and respects it too!

MY STORY
Having being around family and friends, i had developed this small and restricted area of happiness until my graduation, i used to find happiness in even slightest of events, say a compliment, a good score in class assessment and there's an endless list! My parents had provided me with a big comfort zone. Apparently, Even buying essentials was something I did for the first time, when I entered college. What my parents forgot while nurturing me with all sorts of luxuries and self-indulgence was that they just have me for a finite period of time, and i'll ultimately have to travel a long road of journey  alone without them. This all that took me to cope up with the super haphazard consequences of loneliness! The courses and means of happiness and the things that instilled joy in me had completely transformed. Working on them was first step i took to conqeur the haunting lonliness i faced. This is something that you face when you all of a sudden move out of your so used to daily routines.

THE STAND ALONE PHILOSOPHY
This is something you really need to condone the ambiguity In. When one despises being alone, one insists on Standing alone! Its just an independent tread you can seek a prop in to handle unaccustomed situations. You ought to be unique in every way, there is gonna be a lot of criticism and censure with your ways and principles but those just ain't enough to shake you off your strong affirmations. Anyways, Lets get back to the mighty introvert thing we were dealing with! Hope you guys are still with me!

DEALING WITH IT
What exactly you were up to when you last felt alone? Nothing? I guess. This is just where you need to cut yourself some slack, keeping busy! Once you have a lot of errands to deal with you never find a navigation to Loneliness. People will just feel the need to be around you, they'll have quite a keen sense of curiosity every time you rush with your manic activities.

Why students go for M.B.A after B.tech?

Theres a huge proportion of people changing their domain to managerial having in hand a graduate degree especially  B.tech. They either have messed up their 4 years in engineering and in the end cursing their colleges they go for an M.B.A programme.
There are number of reasons for this big strategical decision students take:
1. IIMs have been center of attraction for students since long, after having fucked up their engineering , they see a hope nowhere but in the management studies.
2. Secondly, the salary packages the companies offer for a B.tech+M.B.A degree programme is far better than for ones after M.tech. After having been surrounded by gadgets for a long time, it's their once in a while wish to get into a different world.
3. And for the ones who already have a working experience in two or more software companies or maybe want to get self employed, feel that key to business operations or functioning of engineering firms is the right combination of the technical and management skills so they go for an apt decision!
4. Furthermore MBA helps you to expand your lifecycle  to a global level within a short period. acquiring management skills, a brand name plus value and a social status are some other aspects it deals with.
5.If you are a recent graduate in engineering, it , sciences or humanities, an MBA degree will not only enrich your skill-set, but make your profile more marketable. There are more jobs for mba graduates in today's economy who have versatile skill set rather than specialists than limited abilities.

Fault in our stars- The Review

Having heard a lot about this book called "fault in our stars" by the well known author John Green, I at once decided to get equipped with the movie based on this book released this June 2014. And must say, the very first glance of shailene woodley took my heart away! she came into her own, a total powerhouse! This beauteously charming girl named Hasel, is diagnosed with cancer at a tender age. Though a number of books been written, films been made undertaking this topic, there was this scintillating aura about movie that made it irresistible. After she runs into this cute guy augustus waters attending the same Cancer Kids Support Group, the story turns into a fascinating culmination of romance, for once how beautiful her life seems! one can smile throughout the film, despite the fact its dealing with such a emotional ans sensitive subject. The respect she has for the gift of life god gave her, no matter what was was commendable.
The movie is an awesome manifestation of how love can make the world's worst and mightiest pain bearable, its like panacea to every damn problem anyone owns! The strongest part was how in the middle of struggle between life and death she maintains a acerbic wit,a disdain for the conventional, and a love that sweeps her on a journey! Plus its been adapted from the novel, that one cannot really comment on, the other things holding on to this movie was its direction and music. I can just say that if you are looking for a deemed extra ordinary love-story that is far from plausible you cannot really afford to miss this one!

Graduation.. Attributing success!

For one and many graduation is the most exciting day-culmination of years hard work, i wonder what would it be like on my day of graduation, how i would watch the economy turn from bad to worse as i am handed over with a piece of paper that speaks four years of chaos, hard work & dedication will still be very strong words to use, disappointments and linger for satisfaction  i would say! You know that feeling when you had been working so hard on something, putting in your best time and grease, and in the end you have to settle down for something you never thought you would!
Despite this dread and trauma of destitution you are going to face, what matters in the end is that you refuse to give up, even if it is worst of the situations you have to go through , no matter how many times, you should still be standing affirm with the same single-mindedness and adherence that you had when you were a fresher, because its this trauma thats gonna give you strength when you kneel down desperate to give up or when a million distractions crave your attention. Remember! Your travails and undertakings will never go unrewarded, never hesitate to struggle for something you desire because all great things fall into place after the smaller ones, and ones that don't will open up further opportunities for you. Always keep looking for ways and means that will make you stronger! Theres no market place that will provide you a store full of fortuity or a magic ball that will make luck fall into your lap. Its tough to get a fair shake the way everything's set up in this race. So its you who is gonna make way for yourself , do yourself plenty good because no one else is going to. Suit up and let people know theres another die-hard aspirant in the concours d'elegance!!
